LERC Summer School

In partnership with the Oregon AFL-CIO, Summer School is a three-day conference held in late July or August each year. It’s hosted on the University of Oregon campus in Eugene. Participants can enroll in a wide variety of courses and workshops taught by local labor leaders and staff. Summer School is a mix of fun and learning, a chance to connect with different unions, and acquire valuable skills to strengthen your union. This conference is intended for union members, officers, and staff. It is fully in-person and there are no digital options to attend at this time.

Mark your calendars! This year Summer School will be held August 14th – 16th, 2026. Registration will open in May.
