Labor Day Picnic at Oaks Park

When: 11:00AM - 4:00PM

Local 189 members and their families are invited to the Northwest Oregon Labor Council's annual Labor Day Picnic on Monday, September 7, from 11am to 4pm at Oaks Amusement Park in Portland.

The event will host the labor community in the greater Portland area and offer food, music, and unlimited rides. It's a day to celebrate solidarity, reflect on the power of working people, and have fun with the labor community.

Reserve wristbands for you and your family using the link provided in the member email titled "Labor Day Picnic at Oaks Park." If you did not receive the email and you are a L189 member, email communications@afscme189.com and we'll forward you the email and get you on the L189 email list.

Each wristband gives you entrance to the park, unlimited access to rides, and a meal (chicken or vegan). The day of the event, you will pick up your wristband(s) at the AFSCME 189 booth.
