Minh Dan has served as performance auditor in the Portland City Auditor's Office since 2016. When City employees in the Auditor's Office gained Union representation in 2021, Minh Dan participated as bargaining team member and steward with AFSCME 189. Responsive service to members on all matters of Union representation is his goal. He began a term as Chapter Chair in 2023. He was a CORO Fellow in Public Affairs with an assignment in 2011 to the San Francisco Labor Council, AFL-CIO and he holds a bachelor's degree in economics.
