Tara has been a Building Plans Examiner for the City of Portland since 2015. She became a Steward in 2021 and has focused her efforts on equity for the underserved. When there is spare time in her life outside of work, union obligations, and coaching baseball she can be found either on the slopes with her twin sons or tearing up the trails on her mountain bike.  She became our Local's Executive Vice President in September of 2024 to complete the 2022-2024 term and was recently re-elected to serve in that role for 2025-2024 term.
