CONTRACT AUTHORIZATION VOTE

Vote on whether or not to authorize our new contract!  Voting begins Thursday, February 20th at 6am and will close on Sunday, February 23rd at 6pm.  Ballots will be sent electronically to personal email and texted to personal phone.  Only members in good standing are eligible to vote.  For questions about your contact information or membership, email [email protected].

The bargaining team recommends a YES vote.  The document we'll be voting on is the full tentative agreement.  If over 50% of members vote yes, that document will be sent to Council March 5th, and if they pass it as expected, it will become our contract.  To make sure members have access to all the information, AFSCME has also released a contract vote flyer, a detailed summary of what we won, and answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
