Rob began his City Service in 1999, first as a seasonal worker in the Parks equipment shop in 2000 moving to the Portland Water Bureau as a Water Operations Mechanic.  His prior service in our Local includes the roles of Steward, Trustee, and Executive Vice President (2013-2017).  He was first elected to serve as our Local's President during the 2017-2019 term and has been re-elected several times since, including the upcoming 2025-2027 term.
